DESCRIPTION:Join SBPL for a workshop on putting into practice the tenets o
 f mutual aid in our work. These workshops will offer concrete tools for or
 ganizing, such as how to work in groups, how to foster a collective decisi
 on-making process, how to prevent and address conflict, and how to deal wi
 th burnout. Anyone with an interest in community work is invited, from the
  curious to the highly experienced. Part networking and part book discussi
 on, this is a chance to learn how to better help one another and organize 
 and advocate for systems to change.\r\nThis project was supported in whole
  or in part by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the
  provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act, administered in Ca
