 afe Food Protection Manager Certification. The Servsafe Food Protection Ma
 nager Certification program is recognized as the industry standard for foo
 d safety training and certification. It covers critical areas such as pers
 onal hygiene, cross-contamination, time and temperature controls, and clea
 ning and sanitation. Participants will also learn about best practices for
  implementing and maintaining a food safety management system, such as Haz
 ard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP). You must attend both day
 s to take the exam.\r\nRegistration is required.
