 a hooping moves at this summer reading program.  Kat D Hoops, a talented 
 hula hoop performer, will lead us in a hula hooping extravaganza! This pro
 gram is funded in part by Lunch at the Library funds, a project of the Cal
 ifornia State Library, supported with funds from the State of California.\
