Required Fees:

  • Hourly Room Rental Rate: $275/hr 
  • Non-refundable Reservation Fee: $50

The start and end time of your reservation request must include any needed time for setup or teardown.

Reservation Fees are put toward your overall rental cost. If we do not receive the reservation fee within 2 business days of your reservation request being submitted, your reservation will automatically be cancelled. 

Free public WiFi access is included with all room rentals during public library hours and can be made available outside of those hours upon request for all room rentals.

The Library does not provide catering services. Alcohol may be served but a one day alcohol license must be obtained prior to the event. Contact the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control at (805) 289-0100 for details. Proof of said license will be required at all times during the event.
