Join SBPL and Pink Means Go Wellness for a series of special chair yoga and mindfulness sessions. This program is designed to be gentle and accessible for all bodies and abilities. Participants will learn tools to manage daily stress, enhance emotional balance, and support overall well-being through movement done while seated in a chair, breath awareness, and meditation.

What to Expect:

  • Welcome and settle in
  • Breathing exercises, gentle movement while seated, and guided meditation
  • Conversation on the benefits of a regular yoga practice

  • Relax the body and calm the mind
  • Improve flexibility, strength, and balance in a supportive seated format
  • Develop mindfulness and emotional resilience

By the end of each session, participants will feel more grounded, centered, and confident in incorporating yoga and mindfulness into their daily routines. No prior experience is needed. Just bring comfortable clothing, an open mind, and a willingness to explore movement in a supportive environment.
