Join us for our annual Día del Niño / Día de los Libros, a joyful nationwide celebration dedicated to children and literacy. This year, our theme is “talents,” celebrating the wonderful abilities every child brings to the world. We have four days of exciting activities planned for families across our library locations, and we will be featuring the book Be Bold! Be Brave! / ¡Sé audaz, sé valiente! by Naibe Reynoso.
Wednesday, April 8 at 1:30 PM – Eastside Library
Celebrate with us at our big community event featuring:
• A talent show with amazing performances from our local children
• Crafts, face painting, and fun hands-on activities
• A special appearance by Sparky from the Santa Barbara Fire Department
• The Youth Makers Market, showcasing creative items made by local youth
This is a wonderful day of performances, creativity, and family fun you won’t want to miss!
