Join Santa Barbara Literary Journal and SBPL for a celebration of the release of Volume 9: Space Sirens! Santa Barbara Literary Journal, founded in 2018, celebrates authors from Santa Barbara and beyond, and includes poetry, flash fiction, stories, and much more from contributing authors. Editor Silver Webb will host an evening of fiction, music, and poems. Please join us to celebrate this amazing creative community in Santa Barbara.

Santa Barbara Literary Journal, founded in 2018, is delighted to launch Volume 9: Space Sirens on June 15, 2023, in partnership with the Santa Barbara Library. Volume 9: Space Sirens celebrates authors from Santa Barbara and beyond, and will include poetry, flash fiction, stories, and much more from contributing authors. Editor Silver Webb will host an evening of fiction, music, poems. Readings by Shira Musicant, Max Talley (author of Santa Fe Psychosis and My Secret Place), Jack Eidt, poet Dan Murphy, Fred Nadis (author of The Man from Mars and Star Settlers), and Michelle Rodenborn. Music Editor Dennis Russell and Laura Hemingway will be playing music for us as well. Please join us to celebrate this amazing creative community in Santa Barbara. Volume 9 will be available for purchase via cash or check.
