Details/Detalles

Are you a veteran experiencing homelessness or in danger of losing your housing? Discover the benefits and resources available to you at the Santa Barbara Public Library. New Beginnings’ Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) program aims to end veteran homelessness in Santa Barbara County by providing short-term case management and financial assistance. Whether you're at risk of losing your housing or need help securing permanent housing, SSVF is here to support you. Speak with an SSVF agent to learn more and get the assistance you need.

Community Connections Office Hours at SBPL provide an opportunity for community members to easily access social services in the areas of health, mental wellness, nutrition, education, career and more.

This project is supported in part by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services & Technology Act, administered in California by the State Librarian.
