Program Description

Details/Detalles

Teen artists and creatives: join us for an afternoon of art-making and self-expression. Teens will create their own original works of art that will then be hung to display in the Faulkner side galleries. Projects will vary each session and are accessible to all artistic abilities. Get ready to experiment, get a little messy, and have fun! All materials (and snacks!) will be provided by the library. This program welcomes students in grades 7-12.

  • August: Squee-Gee Art: Experiment with color to create your own abstract painting.
  • September: Collage art: Experiment with layers of paint, image transfer, and patterns using gel printing techniques.
