Celebrate SB Reads at this fun family event! Families with children are invited to join SBPL for a special edition of Library Lab featuring hands-on STEAM activities that explore different aspects of the youth SB Reads titles: Dreamers by Yuyi Morales and The Last Cuentista by Donna Barba Higuera. Create your own comic book or zine about your family’s story, build a boat and test its seaworthiness, and explore outer space! Best for ages 5-12, but some activities are suitable for preschoolers with caregiver assistance.
