Join the Library on the Go van, SBPAL, City of Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation, Santa Barbara Police Department and the Santa Barbara Youth Council for the annual Trunk or Treat event! Families are invited to wear costumes, collect candy, and vote for the best decorated trunk at this FREE community event. The Library on the Go van will not be circulating books or making library cards at this event. Visit SBPAL’s website for more information.
