Join us for the Social Justice Book Club where we will read fiction and nonfiction titles that explore social justice issues such as race, gender, sexuality, immigration, environmental justice, healthcare access, food and housing insecurity, LGBTQ+ rights, coalitions & alliances, and more. We will create a safe place to discuss important topics, share ideas and resources, and inspire critical thinking about equality, justice, and activism.
The first meeting, in March, will focus on creating community agreements. There will be no book discussion!
For following months, beginning for April's session, register a month in advance and pick up your copy of the book at the Upper Level Reference Desk.
