Trunk-or-Treat | Spencer Adams Parking Lot

Join the Library, SBPAL, Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation, and the Santa Barbara Youth Council for the annual Trunk or Treat event! Families are invited to wear costumes, collect candy, and vote for the best decorated trunk at this FREE community event.
