Since the beginning of time, humans have engaged in ritualistic activities. Rituals help us heal, create, and transform. This workshop will highlight rituals to help you nurture your writing practice. We will also celebrate the launch of Raab’s new book, Hummingbird: Messages from My Ancestors by offering writing techniques to connect with your ancestors.
