Learn about gardening and get your hands dirty with Explore Ecology at the Franklin Elementary Garden! Garden Educators will lead a lesson, followed by time spent completing helpful gardening tasks such as: weeding, watering, mulching, harvesting, and planting. Come prepared to bend, squat, lift, and move your body. Closed-toe shoes are required, and clothes you are willing to get dirty are recommended. Training and tools will be provided. Families, children, and teens are welcome. Best for ages 10 and up.
