All are welcome, but this event will be held in Spanish.
Join SBPL and Pink Means Go Wellness for a series of special yoga and mindfulness sessions in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. This program will provide participants with tools to manage daily stress, enhance emotional balance, and support overall well-being through gentle movement, breath awareness, and meditation.
What to Expect:
- Welcome and settle in
- Breathing exercises, movement, and meditation
- Discussion on the benefits of a yoga practice

- Relax the body and calm the mind
- Improve flexibility, strength, and balance
- Develop mindfulness and emotional resilience
- By the end of the session, participants will feel more grounded, connected, and confident in incorporating yoga and mindfulness into their daily lives.
No prior experience is needed, just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
